2015- "This one-and-one-half story Dutch Colonial Revival house was constructed in 1909. It features a one-story open porch that spans the width of the facade. The porch has a flat roof which at the time of survey was supported by temporary wood posts. The porch deck has been removed, however footings are present for a replacement deck to be installed. The house has a gambrel roof that is oriented perpendicular to Washington Avenue. A cross gambrel intersects the north and south roof slopes. The roof slopes are sheathed in asphalt shingles, and the gambrel walls are clad in wood shingles, while the first story is sheathed by clapboard siding. Most of the windows on the house are one-over-one sashes, and on the second story have a modest shelf moulding. Two of these windows are on the facade second stroy, while a single light casement is placed near the apex of the gambrel. The facade first story has an off-centered partially glazed wood door. North of the door is a small casement window placed high on the wall. South of the door is a canted bay window, with the center window having fixed lights, one-over-two in form, and the outer windows being one-over-one sashes."
