Additional Information:A 'site file' titled "Washington Avenue Residential Historic District" exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Resurveyed 2015.

2015- "This two-and-one-half-stmy, side-gabled, Craftsman-style house was constructed in 1918. It has a rectilinear footprint with a one story open front porch that spans the width of the facade. The porch has a shed roof with a cross gable over the entrance on its west side. The entrance consists of a door flanked by sidelights. A box bay with three one-over-one replacement windows is located on the facade, east of the entrance. The porch structure is comprised of brick posts and a brick knee wall. The second story bays feature paired one-over-one vinyl double-hung windows. A gabled dormer with a string of three-over-one windows lights the attic space. The roof has wide eaves that are supported by brackets on all of the gable ends, including the dormer and porch. The roof slopes are sheathed in asphalt shingles and the exterior walls of the house are clad in vinyl siding."
