It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Resurveyed 2015. 2015- "This two-and-one-half-stmy, side-gabled, Craftsman-style house was constructed in 1918. It has a rectilinear footprint with a one story open front porch that spans the width of the facade. The porch has a shed roof with a cross gable over the entrance on its west side. The entrance consists of a door flanked by sidelights. A box bay with three one-over-one replacement windows is located on the facade, east of the entrance. The porch structure is comprised of brick posts and a brick knee wall. The second story bays feature paired one-over-one vinyl double-hung windows. A gabled dormer with a string of three-over-one windows lights the attic space. The roof has wide eaves that are supported by brackets on all of the gable ends, including the dormer and porch.
