Resurveyed 2015. 2015- "This two-story American Foursquare house was constructed in 1920. It has a rectilinear footprint and a one story enclosed porch spanning the width of the facade. The porch has a half hipped roof supported by brick posts. The roof of the house is hipped and pierced by a hip dormer on the facade slope. The roof slopes are sheathed in asphalt shingles, the exterior walls of the house are clad in vinyl siding, and the foundation is brick. The majority of windows are vinyl double hung or sliding units flanked by fixed shutters. The second story facade windows are horizontal sliders, and the porch windows are one-over-one sashes. The entrance to the porch is atop a concrete run of stairs flanked by low brick walls. The dormer windows are paired multi-light wood casements. Also associated with this property is a one story gabled garage northeast of the house." - "Washington Ave (STH 20), Roosevelt Ave to West Blvd", WISDot #2440-09-00, Prepared by Shelley Greene (2015). |
