It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Resurveyed 2015. Siding and gingerbread replaced/removed.

2015- "This one-story commercial building was constructed in 1950. It has a flat roof with a cross gable and pent awning on the facade. The cross gable, pent, and exterior walls behind it, are clad in asphalt shingles and trimmed in a scalloped bargeboard. The exterior walls of the building are clad in modem vertical wood siding. Single light display windows and a recessed entrance are framed in scalloped boards. A flat sign identifying the business is placed within the facade gable."
