NOTES
Additional Information:A ca. 1940s side gabled garage clad in aesbestos siding stands behind the residence.

According to historic plat maps, this residence was not erected until after 1889, but before 1902; therefore a ca. 1890 date of construction has been ascribed. The first noted owner of the parcel was L. Klein. Subsequent maps do not indicate ownership until 1941, when it was held by Gust. Steuerwald. It is likely that Steuerwald was the property owner when the rear addition and garage was constructed in 1946.
