NOTES
Additional Information:January 2002-This one and one-half story, Dutch Colonial style house appears to have been constructed c. 1925. It is of masonry and frame construction, resting on a stone foundation. The lower level is clad in brick, the upper level has been covered with stucco. The roof is a cross-gabled gambrel form with an overhang over the first level. A frame porch supported by square columns extends across the façade. The windows are a combination of original and replacements. A one-story, front gable, frame garage, also c. 1925, is located at the rear of the property.

Statement of Significance: This property was evaluated for the National Register of Historic Places under Criterion C: Architecture. The house is a modest example of a twentieth-century residence and has been altered with window replacements. The house lacks sufficient architectural interest to qualify for a listing on the NRHP under Criterion C. No evidence was found to suggest that the house qualifies for the NRHP under Criterion A or B. A DOE is not recommended.
