This building was constructed around 1887 for the Milwaukee, Lakeshore and Western Railroad Company and was moved to its current location around 1898. Owned by MLS&W and its predecessors until the early 1960s, it had a variety of uses during this time including a warehouse, freight house, temporary depot, and yardmaster's office.
