NOTES
Additional Information:Red brick farm house with cream brick trim and stone foundation walls. North-facing gable end bears the date 1887 fashioned out of bricks.

The house at 3788 County AB is a two-story brick Gabled Ell built in 1887. The house is built on a masonry
foundation with a yellow brick water table. A single-story gabled wing with a small porch is located on the north
elevation. Two small additions are located on the southwest and southeast corners of the house. The additions are clad in
vinyl and vertical board siding with vinyl windows. The fenestration pattern on the original house is regular and consists
of double-hung windows with yellow brick sills in header bond and arched lintels in soldier bond. Diamond-shaped
details with yellow brick ornamentation are located under each gable, with "1887" inscribed in the north-facing gable.

The house's footprint has been altered due to modern additions, but the its
original form can still be recognized. However, it is not architecturally distinguished enough to meet National Register
standards. Plat maps indicate this house may have belonged to William Freund from the time of its construction through
at least the 1930s?
