NOTES
Additional Information:2017 - appearance unchanged.
2001- The Land O' Lakes Greenville Co-op Mill is an astylistic utilitarian commercial building. It displays a stepped gable false front and a concrete block foundation. The mill has staggered wood shingles on the front (west) facade as well as pressed metal siding on the north and south facades. A shed roof building that once connected to the south facade has been removed, leaving the wood siding exposed. Two hung vertical board sliding service doors, one of which has six lights, face the railroad tracks. Several windows on the south facade have been boarded over, but some original six-over-six double hung sash windows remain intact. The windows on the front facade, however are replacements.

Three large metal buildings and a metal grain hopper to the east are modern additions to the facility.
