NOTES
Additional Information:FIELDSTONE SILO BASE ATTACHED TO BARN WHEN FIRST SURVEYED IN 1975.

IN 2010, THE BARN IS IN RUINS AND ONLY THE SILO BASE REMAINS INTACT.

2010: "This circular plan silo base consists of a tall, continuous, circular wall that is constructed out of fieldstones and mortar and it is some 15-feet-in diameter and it is positioned some ten-feet east of the existing pavement of STH 20. This structure was first surveyed in 1975, and although the upper portion of the silo was no longer extant by that time, the historic board-clad, gable-roofed bank barn that the silo was attached to was still standing. Since that time, however, the barn has collapsed and it is now (2010) just a large pile of lumber, leaving the silo base to stand alone."
