Additional Information: | According to the tax and plat maps either M. Halvorsen or Peter Skardrud built the original house between the years 1870 and 1880. In 2003 Chester and Mary York owned the building. Additions to the house include filled in porch,(north) (c.1920) rear additions(west)(c.1920.) Additional buildings include: dilapidated wood side-gabled barn topped by a cupola and metal roof (c.1870); three small front gabled sheds in poor condition(c.1870); open machine shed in poor condition(c.1870); modern garage covered in vinyl, topped with asphalt(c.1960); modern house covered in vinyl and topped with asphalt(c.1999). |
