Additional Information:South of the seminary building is a one-story, brick, side-gabled Neo-Colonial Revival residence that appears to date from c. 1975. A side-gabled, two-car garage attaches to the houses west-facing (side) facade. Five, front-gabled dormers rest on the roof. The house exhibits a square, flat-roofed, enclosed, brick entrance porch with brick quoining. One-over-one sash windows light the building.

Also on parcel are seminary (AHI 124599) and statue (AHI 124600).
