NOTES
Additional Information:BLIND ROUND ARCH WINDOWS. BELT COURSES. EXPOSED RAFTER ENDS. The Spring/Pump House is a small, one-story, brick-veneered building with a hip roof covered with barrel clay tile. Erected in 1923, it rests on a concrete slab foundation and is Mediterranean Revival in style. The entrance is centered on the north facade and is flanked by 6/1 sash windows. The building is enriched with a brick soldier course forming a water table as well as a belt course at the level of the window lintels, and exposed rafter tails. Decorative brickwork appears above the door and each windows, set within a brick rowlock arch. Paired and single 6/1 sash windows appear on each facade. 2024: In addition to the Wisconsin Consistory Home (Van Brunt Hall, AHI #12502, non-extant), a Spring House, hospital (AHI #12503), and garage were constructed (AHI #242164). The property became part of the Village of Dousman in 1978. Two years later, the Village began supplying water to the property, ending operation of the Spring House.
