Resurveyed 2009. No alterations. "Twentieth-century commercial retail/variety store (c. 1930) is a one-story rectangular brick retail building with flat roof. Two large storefront windows flank the slightly recessed central metal-and-glass door with transom. The building is capped with a low parapet and has thin concrete sills and window surrounds. A long, retractable canvas awning is located along the top of both windows and doors."

Razed in 2010.
