Additional Information:SANBORN MAPS SHOW THIS HOUSE WAS ALREADY EXTANT IN 1911.
Resurveyed in 2009. No alterations.

Resurveyed in 2013. No visible alterations. "One-story gabled-ell residence (c. 1911) with full width wooden porch. Turned posts support the shallow porch roof. The house is raised on a concrete block foundation. The house is clad in wooden clapboards, and the roof is covered with modern composite shingles. Window placement is irregular and consists mainly of paired double-hungs, mostly modern replacements. Both the front door and the secondary door appear to be modern."
