NOTES
Additional Information:This house contributes to the architectural significance of the proposed Jefferson Avenue Historic District as a good and simple example of the Colonial Revival style. The style is seen primarily in the symmetrical form and massing and multi-light fenestration and the buildings returned eaves on the gable ends. The front entrance with sidelights and fanlight transom and gable-roofed overhang supported by round columns is also typical of the style.
