NOTES
Additional Information:November 2003-The Dells Embassy Motel is a c. 1965, two story motel complex that follows an L-plan. The building has a concrete foundation and is clad in buff-colored brick. Individual units are accessed from the exterior. The deep eave overhang shelters the balcony that provides access to the second story rooms. A decorative cast iron balustrade is located along the length of the balcony, and similar cast iron pillars with spandrels support the balcony and eave overhang. Globe shaped lamps suspended from the eaves and balcony illuminate the front of the building. Each room features an exterior entrance and three siding, full length windows. A one story circular addition to the front of the complex houses the motel office and swimming pool.
