This property was previously surveyed in 1975 with a map code of 55.

The earliest known occupant of this residence is J. Hahn in 1887. By 1899, P. Larsen took ownership, and the property remained in the Larsen family until at least 1924.

2020 - This two-story house features a dentillated raking cornice beneath the north-and east-facing gables, and a saltbox roof on the rear western elevation. The front entryway is located within the ell of the intersecting masses. Windows throughout are replacements, with the original pair of windows in the first-story east-facing gable replaced with a bay of four one-over-one double hung windows.
