This residence is an architecturally unremarkable vernacular-style farmhouse constructed circa 1920
according to county records. Other information from county records indicate that the structure is
classified as a single-family two-story residence with four bedrooms, one bathroom, a partial basement,
stucco exterior siding, and an enclosed frame porch.

The roof consists of several moderately pitched cross-gables covered in modern composition shingles.
The enclosed frame porch is drop roofed, providing entry through the commonly found "mud room" of
rural-agricultural homes. The eaves are narrow with narrow facia trim. A brick chimney protrudes from
the upper roof ridge. The second floor windows are narrow rectangular sash with minimal trim. The
lower story windows are wider rectangular sash; several of the windows exhibit multiple panes. The
single-story enclosed porch is clad in narrow horizontal board siding, the windows are large and grouped
in threes to allow plenty of light and ventilation.

The structure appears to be in fair to poor condition. The property is located in a semi-rural area
surrounded by commercial and residential structures of varying ages from historic- to modern-era.
Access to the property was not available. Research was conducted with the Kenosha County Register of
Deeds office in January 2006. Information into the construction date and historical occupation of the
residence was reviewed as documentation was available.
