NOTES
Additional Information:SHED ROOF PORCH WITH SCROLLWORK, 1/1 WINDOWS, ENDBOARDS SIMPLE CORNICE, REAR ADDITION WITH SIDING

2005-
Cross-gable frame house clad in clapboard, interior corbelled brick chimney, rests on stone foundation.

Reflects Queen Anne style in its overall vertical emphasis, steeply pitched roof with a dominant front-facing gable and turned post. First floor windows are a combination of of 2-light, fixed frame and 1-over-1 light double-hung sash. Second story windows are 1-over-1 light double-hung sash with aluminum storm windows. Most windows have louvered shutters. Simple wood crowns accent all windows and doorways.

A shed-roof porch located on the northeast corner has a wood balustrade, turned posts supports and decorative brackets.

A modern shed-roof addition clad in artificial siding is located on the southwest corner.

A modern screened porch is attached to the rear elevation.

These small additions do not detract from the historic integrity of the house.

A c.1920 single-bay garage is located at the southwest corner of the property. With the exception of the rear addition and screened porch, this house is relatively unaltered.
