NOTES
Additional Information:Although assessor's information cites a 1902 date of construction, the lot is identified as purchased by Abraham Moser in 1910 and a newspaper citation states that he intended to build a residence. There is confirmation of Abraham & Lena Moser residing here as of 1914 and they sold the house in 1919 to the Lykes, who had resided in the home by no later than 1917. The Mosers moved to California in 1920 following Moser's retirement from the post office.
