Additional Information: | This bungalow-style residence with attached garage rests on a concrete foundation and is faced with stone veneer along the basement, while the remainder is covered with vinyl siding. Although the porch is somewhat obscured by foliage, this porch wall/rail is solid and sheathed with stone veneer, while the porch posts appear to be wooden piers. Detailing of the house includes wooden knee bracing along the overhanging roof eaves and three-over-one-light sash windows arranged singly, in pairs and in tripartite groupings. The garage addition was likely added in the 1960s or 1970s. A historic photo indicates the home was originally sheathed in clapboard. |
