NOTES
Additional Information:Rising from a poured concrete foundation, this two-story residence has a low-pitched, hipped-roof, enclosed porch extending across the facade. The windows are horizontal, four-light examples with transoms. The remaining fenestration throughout the house consists of single and paired, twelve-over-one-light, double-hung sashes. A small, hipped roof dormer sheathed with clapboard is situated along the west elevation and carries a pair of four-light windows. An enclosed staircase extends from the rear of the house, while a free-standing, hipped-roof, brick garage stands adjacent to the northwest.

Charles Mann, owned and operated the Charles Mann Company, which began in 1888 and was associated with the iron works industry. He lived in the house until approximately 1936, when the home was passed on to Dr. E.H. Heinrich, a local dentist.
