NOTES
Additional Information:This metal Quonset garage is oriented on an east-west axis; the west facade of which features a shaped parapet wall comprised of randomly laid, brick and stone. A modern metal door flanked by glass block sidelights is located left of center, while a pair of sash windows occupy the space to the left. A storefront-like series of four replacement windows is situated to the right of the entrance. Four, tall and narrow openings infilled with glass block occupy the upper level.

This structure was built in 1946 for the Mayville Implement Sales, Inc. The company opened for business on April 1st of that year, with co-owners Albert & Alex Feucht and George Penkoske, who served as bookkeeper, accountant and partsman. In 1971, they incorporated and erected a new metal storage/work shed to the rear of the property. In 1972, they were noted as having nine full-time persons on staff and they sold and serviced Ford, Massey-Ferguson, New Holland and industrial machinery.
