NOTES
Additional Information:Owned by Folkdahll from at least 1908-1948. 2021: This Two Story Cube house was constructed c.1908. It is rectangular in plan with a coursed ashlar foundation, red brick walls, and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in composition due to irregular fenestration. The front door is located off-center and is sheltered by an entry porch with a stone foundation, turned wood supports, and a flat roof that serves as a second-floor balcony with turned wood railings. Individual picture windows are located on each side of the entry. The second story contains a single door providing access to the porch roof with 1-over-1 windows on each side. A gabled dormer projects from the front roof slope; this contains a central 4-pane window with patterned wood shingles cladding the surrounding wall.
