Additional Information: | Porch does not appear to be original. 2013 This two-and-one-half-story vernacular residence was constructed c.1890. It has a square plan, concrete foundation, and combination truncated hip roof with gable wall dormers. The facade is mostly symmetrical and features a center entry door with modified gable porch; a wide cornice and endboards; a larger double-pane window to the right (south) of the porch; and two, one-over-one, wood sash windows on the second story. There is no window at the lower left (north) part of the facade. The house is mostly clad in vinyl siding, apart from the gable wall dormers, which have fishscale shingles. Windows on the side elevations are irregular in type, configuration, and arrangement. A detached garage is located behind the house. |
