NOTES
Additional Information:2013
This small, one-story, frame commercial building was constructed c.1900 and features a boomtown facade. It has a rectangular plan and concrete slab foundation, and the exterior is clad in wood drop siding. The simple facade is composed of a paneled wood door on the right (south) and a one-over-one, double-hung wood sash window on the left (north). Aesthetic treatment is limited to scrolled brackets spaced evenly across the cornice. The false front extends above, and hides, a gable roof sheathed with corrugated metal panels.

The building retains a high degree of integrity. Apart from the corrugated metal roof, exterior design and materials appear to be wholly original. Based on a glimpse of the interior through the storefront window, the building does not currently function as a commercial space and is used for storage. The small size of the building suggests that the one-room configuration of the interior is original.
