It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. New Lisbon was the site of the first Juneau Co. Courthouse, it was moved to Mauston in 1864 by a writ from the State Supreme Court. This building was also used as a post office.
