LATTICED PINE TIMBER TRUSS CONSTRUCTION; 20 FT. WIDE, 23 FT. HIGH, 180 FT. LONG. VEHICULAR USE STOPPED IN 1962. LAST REMAINING ORIGINAL COVERED BRIDGE IN THE STATE. HABS WI-28-12.

"On Covered Bridge Road, 1 1/2 miles north of intersection of State Highways 60 and 143. Built 1876. Of latticed timber truss construction, bridge is covered with wood boards and battens and a gabled roof. Last remaining example of covered bridge in Wisconsin." Perrin, Richard W.
