Additional Information: | OUTBLDG. INC.-DAIRY BARN (1912) W/SHED ROOF ADDITION (c. 1940), CEMENT SILO (c.1910), CORNCRIB (c. 1910) WITH TWO SHED ROOF DRIVE-IN ADDITIONS. This two-story house features gable wall dormers on the side elevations. Windows are one-over-one double-hung sash. A shed roof porch supported by simple columns is located on the front elevation. A historic enclosed porch addition is located in the rear. 2022: This two-story, cross-gable house was constructed c.1910. It is of frame construction and is sheathed in vinyl siding, with a rectangular plan on a concrete foundation. The roof is covered with asphalt shingles. Windows are a combination of one-over-one, double-hung sash and fixed, picture windows. A porch spans the front (south) facade. The side (west) elevation features a one-story, gable addition with a secondary entryway. A wood deck addition spans the opposite side (east) elevation. A c.1912 raised dairy barn is located west of the house. The barn features a stone foundation, gambrel roof, vertical wood cladding, and a c.1940 shed-roof addition. A c.1910 cement silo is adjacent to the side (south) elevation of the barn. Additionally, a c.1910 corncrib is located northwest of the house and features horizontal wood cladding; fixed, multi-pane windows; and two shed-roof additions with garage-style entryways. |
