Additional Information: | This one-and-one-half story house has a gable roof covered with standing seam metal and displays an interior brick chimney. Windows are one-over-one double-hung sash with the original arched brick lintels and concrete sills. The house features an enclosed porch and a one-story vestibule addition covered in clapboard. Outbuildings associated with this house are located on the south side of STH 162 and include a c. 1900 gambrel dairy barn with brick milk house, three c. 1920 concrete silos, a dilapidated c. 1900 gambrel dairy barn, two c. 1910 gambrel storage sheds, a c. 1910 gable storage shed, a c. 1920 conical corn bin, a c. 1910 corn crib with metal additions, and a modern pole building. |
