Additional Information: | This resort, the original name of which is unknown, is believed to have been established in circa 1950 and the first known owners were Ray and Kay Ramminger. The property then changed hands twice before the Esch's purchased it in 1972 and renamed it Esch's Serenity Bay Resort. The current owner, Rick Lovedal bought the resort three years ago and has maintained the Esch name but will be dropping it after the 2004 season. The resort, which has been condoed, consists of nine cabins and the main house/office. All nine cabins retain exterior log siding and knotty pine interiors. |
