NOTES
Additional Information:T-plan house whose rear wing has one-story shed roof porches on both its north and its south sides. Main facade of the house faces west onto USH 45.

2004-
2-story, side-gabled vernacular form farmhouse, T-plan, exterior walls clad with red brick, rubblestone foundation.

Multi-gabled roof is clad with asphalt shingles. All windows on the main block of the house have segmental-arched openings that are crowned with soldier course brick heads.

The house's 3-bay-wide main facade faces west onto USH 45. Original entrance door occupies the first story's center bay. A large wall dormer is centered on the facade above this entrance.

Marks on the facade suggest that a porch once sheltered the entrance.

Also, the house's rear ell features a 1-story, shed-roofed porch on both its northern and southern sides.
