NOTES
Additional Information:This small, intact Art Moderne style water or electric utility building is clad in brick and has concrete or stone ornamentation and a glass block corner window. The building has a flat roof that is hidden from view by shallow parapet wall that is surmounted by ornamented concrete coping. The facade features an entrance door to the left that is flanked on both sides by pilaster strips that are composed for four large square concrete tiles, and both the door and its flanking pilaster strips are sheltered by a flat, overhanging, wood-trimmed canopy. The building is located on the south side of STH 15 within the City of Hortonville and it was surveyed in conjunction with a Section 106 survey of STH 15 (WisDOT # 6430-06-00).

This building was demolished in the first four months of 2007 and has been replaced by a modern design structure that is believed to serve the same purpose.
