The building has a flat roof that is hidden from view by shallow parapet wall that is surmounted by ornamented concrete coping. The facade features an entrance door to the left that is flanked on both sides by pilaster strips that are composed for four large square concrete tiles, and both the door and its flanking pilaster strips are sheltered by a flat, overhanging, wood-trimmed canopy.
