Additional Information: | This property consists of a main office with four attached rental units, as well as six, free-standing two-unit cabins--four of which are sheathed with drop siding (and line the property to the south), while the remaining two along the north side ofthe parcel are sided with wide board. The two wide board units appear to have been added after 1956. Also on the property is a modern glass-enclosed pool building and a sign along the roadway. The first known proprietor was Lee Savold. In 1959, the motel boasted of having Beauty Rest mattresses and free TV in every room. In 1974, the property was owned by Jim and Judy Semradek. Will be demolished in 2005 to make way for a development of town homes. |
