Additional Information: | 2005- Modest brick bungalow that served as the rectory for the adjacent St. Matthew's Lutheran Church (AHI# 0134258) and school (AHI #0134259). Constructed of brick with clipped gables a concrete band that emulates a water table. Main entrance is offset to the right (north) of the center of the main (east) facade. The entrance is sheltered by a shed-roof porch supported by wooden brackets and flanked by two picture windows with concrete sills and lintels. Centered in the wall's peak, immediately below the gable is a unit of three 1-over-1, double-hung sash windows. The north elevation features paired, double-hung sash windows with concrete sills and lintels. There is also a doorway centered on the north elevation . A shed-roof dormer with two windows and roofed with wood shingles is centered in the north plane of the roof. |
