| Additional Information: | UNUSUALLY WIDE BUNGALOW THAT IS STILL LARGELY INTACT AND WHICH FACES SOUTH ONTO SIX MILE RD (STH 38). This house is a large one-and-one-half-stories-tall, has a rectilinear plan, and it is clad in clapboards. The house is sheltered by a side gabled main roof, two large shed roofed dormers are placed on its south-facing slope, and this slope is also continued downward to shelter the large open porch that spans most of the main facade. Windows are one-over-one-light double hung sash throughout and may not be original and the entrance on the south-facing main facade is sheltered by the roof of the open porch mentioned above, which is upheld by four tapered wood piers (2005). |
