NOTES
Additional Information:Five outbuildings: two barns, milk house, garage, and shed. Secondary residence located at rear of property. Although the farmstead now has two addresses, the complex was historically one property. Not clear which address belongs to main house.

This one-and-one-half story house, constructed c. 1930 [sic Smith and Holmer 2005], rests on a concrete foundation and features an interior chimney and concrete accents around the front door. The side-gabled roof is covered with asphalt shingles. Windows are primarily three-over-one double-hung sash; basement windows have glass block.

The gabled secondary residence dates to c. 1960 and has wood wall cladding, asphalt shingles, and one-over-one double-hung sash windows.

Outbuildings: The barn was constructed c. 1910 and features a metal-clad gambrel roof, stone foundation, wood wall cladding and four-over-four double-hung windows. Another barn was constructed c. 1920 and has a gambrel roof, asphalt shingles, and wood wall cladding. A c. 1930 front-gabled milk house has asphalt shingles and four-light fixed-frame windows. A c. 1930, three-bay garage has horizontal wood cladding. Finally, there is a storage shed with wood siding and a shed roof.
