3-story, end gabled bank barn set on a raised fieldstone and mortar stable wall. Stable wall does not enclose the entire first floor. remainder of structure is clad in vertical milled boards.

2000-
An addition set on a raised fieldstone and mortar stable wall of somewhat coarser contruction has been added to the east elevation of the barn. addition has a shed roof and is clad in horizontal milled boards. Both portions are roofed with tin sheeting. An earthen bank approaches the south side of the barn providing access to a centrally located bay entrance with a set of paired doors.

The 2000 WisDOT survey report recommends that "the property be subjected to a determination fo eligibility (DOE) for the NRHP"
