NOTES
Additional Information:UNUSUALLY PROPORTIONED EARLY 20TH CENTURY SIDE GABLE FORM HOUSE WITH CLASSICALLY DERIVED ENTRANCE PORCH. POSSIBLY A CATALOG HOUSE DESIGN.

2019 - A small, one-and-one-half story house, this is a rectangular, side gable structure. It was constructed on a concrete block foundation and is sheathed with clapboard. Most first floor windows are six-over-one-light and have plain wooden surrounds though there is at least one new casement window on the south side. It also has nominal roof returns. The house is situated on the east side of Division Street and faces west. The primary entrance is centered and sheltered by a projecting gabled porch supported by a grouping of three Tuscan columns in each of the two outer corners. Flanking the doorway is a two window unit. The north side of the house has three, irregularly placed windows in addition to one in the gable peak. A chimney, off set to the west, is located on the south side of the house, to either side of which is a window.
