NOTES
Additional Information:SMALL VERNACULAR TUDOR REVIVAL STYLE HOUSE CLAD STONE.

2019 - This is a modest, side gable, one-and-one-half story house that is sheathed with well-shaped, quarried stone. It utilizes a side-gabled form, thus does it parallel Division Street to the west. All windows are double-hung sashes and most have retractable awnings. The front entrance is centered in and projects from the west side wall, over which is a shed roof porch. Immediately to the right of the entrance, and extending the same distance to the west as the entrance, is a projecting gable, centered in which are paired windows. A large picture window is located to the left (north) of the entrance. The south side of the house has three, first floor windows and one centered in the gable peak, above which is a vent. The north side of the house is notable for its stone chimney off-set to the west, to the east of which is a secondary entrance, to the east of which is a projecting bay. Another window is centered in the gabled peak above. A two car garage is immediately to the east.
