Additional Information:THE FIRST STORY OF THIS QUEEN ANNE STYLE HOUSE IS NOW CLAD IN VINYL BUT THE SECOND STORY IS STILL CLAD IN WOOD SHINGLES. THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1905.

2 stories, L-shaped plan, Foundation walls of cut stone, now covered with stucco. Exterior walls of first story were orginally clad in narrow-gauge clapboards, but have been with vinyl clapboard of the same gauge. Second story is clad in wood shingles. Windows are 1-over-1-light double-hung wood sash. Multi-gable roof. Dominant feature of main, south-facing facade is a 2-story polygonal bay that is centered on the facade and capped with a pavilion style polygonal roof. Full-width front porch with turned wooden balusters are modern reproductions of originals. Fine, hipped-roof garage located at rear of property.
