2005-
Rectilinear plan. Main block has side gable form, principal facade faces south onto Sixth St. Exterior walls of one-and-one-half-story main block are clad completely in stucco.

Gable roof whose ridgeline runs east-west. Wide overhanging eaves are supported by the exposed ends of roof joists. Large shed-roofed dormer centerd on the front facing slope of roof.

Windows are grouped and consist of 8-over1-light double-hung sash, but are of a different design than those in the dormer.
