Additional Information:A site file exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clipings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History.

The previously inventoried building is a single story vernacular building with a hipped roof. The exterior walls are
comprised of smooth and rock-faced concrete block and wood clapboard siding. It appears to date to ca. 1900.
The chamfered north-facing corner features a pair of glass commercial storefront doors. Three pairs of vinyl one-over-one
windows light the northwest elevation, while two pairs of picture windows, and five vinyl one-over-one windows light the
northeast elevation. A secondary entrance is located on the southeast (rear) elevation. The interior remains unchanged
since the building was originally surveyed in 2006.
