NOTES
Additional Information:2002: The rear elevation gable was dormered. The dormer runs the full length of the house and a large deck extends beyond the dormer with a separate rear entrance added. 2022 - This one-and-one-half-story Craftsman-style house has a rectangular footprint, concrete and brick foundation, wood shingled siding with wood accent bands, and a side-gabled roof with prominent dormers on the east and west elevations. An open brick and concrete porch leads to the main entrance and features a brick half-wall, brick columns, and a front-gabled roof. The front door is flanked by a pair of four-over-one wood sash windows with metal storm covers. Besides a pair of replacement windows on the west elevation dormer, the fenestration is primarily four-over-one wood sash windows with metal storm covers. Craftsman details include decorative half-timbering in the gable peaks and wide eaves with wooden brackets. A shed roofed dormer on the east (rear) elevation occupies most of the second story and opens onto a modern multi-level wooden deck and stairs. There is also a secondary entrance on the first floor of the east elevation.
