Additional Information:BUILT BETWEEN 1891 AND 1925 ACCORDING TO SANBORN MAPS AND 1891 BIRD'S EYE VIEW.

[2007] This side-gabled bungalow is one-and-one-half stories tall and rests on a rusticated concrete block foundation. There is a full-width, open front porch supported by square wooden posts, while a shed-roof dormer that carries a row of three, one-over-one, double-hung sashes is situated above. The remaining windows are typically 1-over-1, double-hung sashes with wooden surrounds or single-pane examples.

The earliest known resident was Albert Paulson in 1939, who operated his business (Paulson's Auto Exchange) from the property.
