Additional Information: | 1998- The Appleton USARC consists of 3 buildings on approximately 4 acres of land. The buildings include a training and administration building (AHI #0138618), an Organizational Maintenance Shop (this entry )and a general warehouse building (AHI #0138620 ). The Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS), built in 1985 is a single story rectangular building with a poured reinforced concrete foundation. The OMS is constructed of concrete block, with brown brick covering the lower half, and aluminum sheeting covering the upper half. The roof is flat. The building has two large overhead retracting metal bay doors - one each on the front and the rear. THree metal pedestrian doors as well as a single sliding windoware located on the building's front. The building has two sections of different heights - the vehicle bay being higher than the office section. |
