Additional Information: | 1998- The Beloit U.S. Army Reserve Center consists of 2 buildings on approximately 3.6 acres of land. The buildings include a training and administration building (AHI #0138659) and an Organizational Maintenance Shop (this entry). The OMS is a 1-story rectangular structure built in 1962 on a foundation of poured reinforced concrete. The walls are constructed of concrete block and are faced with brick with the exception of the rear wall. the roof is a gabled with a low pitch. The main facade has a single bay entrance with a metal overhead retractable door. 2017 - Resurveyed (see AHI #138659) There is a pedestrian entrance on both the side and rear sides. There are 6-by-6 light steel-frame windows on the side elevations. Immediately to the west of the building is a metal storage shed built in 1984. It has a bay door on its main facade and a pedestrian entrance on the side. |
