It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History.

THIS PERIOD REVIVAL STYLE BUILDING WAS BUILT IN 1923 TO HOUSE PARK FALL'S CITY GOVERMENT OFFICES AND THE PUBLIC LIBRARY. TODAY (2005), THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS GIVEN OVER TO LIBRARY USE AND MEETING ROOMS. THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING IS LARGELY INTACT BUT THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS HAVE NOW BEEN REPLACED WITH MODERN ONES. IN ADDITION, THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING HAS NOW BEEN REMODELED AND LITTLE OF THE HISTORIC FABRIC IS NOW VISIBLE. NEVER-THE-LESS, THIS BUILDING IS BELIEVED TO HAVE NRHP POTENTIAL BASED IN PART ON ITS ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE BUT ALSO ON THE IMPORTANCE OF THE BUILDING TO THE HISTORY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

THIS BUILDING WAS FIRST SURVEYED IN 1998, ALTHOUGH NO PHOTOGRAPH WAS TAKEN,AND ITS ORIGINAL AHI# WAS 101241. THIS RECORD WAS LOST IN 2005 DUE TO A COMPUTER ERROR AND THE CURRENT RECORD IS ITS REPLACEMENT.
