Additional Information: | 2006-ATTACHED GARAGE & 2 CAR GARAGE AT REAR OF PROPERTY. 2009- "This one-and-one-half-story, Cape Cod house is sheathed with aluminum siding. The residence features a one-story, front-gabled, entrance wing on the primary (nmth) facade, while a smaller, one-story, front-gabled wing slightly projects from this entrance wing. The latter wing contains a large, multi-light, wooden sash window. The primary facade also features a shed-roof dormer containing three, four-over-four, double-hung, wooden sash windows. A single eight-over-eight, double-hung, wooden sash window is located on the first story of this elevation. A one-and-one-half-story, side-gabled garage wing projects from the west elevation, while an exterior chimney is found on the east elevation. A contemporary, detached garage is also located on the property. The subject residence was constructed in 1948 by Arnold Verbeten. Mr. Verbeten managed the feed mill owned by A.G.
